yellow warning - severe thunderstorm - in effect At 7:48 p.m. MST, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing strong wind gusts and heavy rain. A severe thunderstorm about 30 km north-northeast of Whitehorse is moving southwest at 30 km/h. Areas impacted in the next hour: - Highway 2 between Braeburn and Whitehorse - Takhini - Ibex Valley ### Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
