In northeast Oklahoma, Adair, Craig, Creek, Delaware, Mayes, Northeast Osage, Nowata, Okmulgee, Ottawa, Pawnee, Rogers, Southeast Osage, Tulsa, Wagoner, Washington OK and Western Osage. In southeast Oklahoma, Central Le Flore, Haskell, Latimer, McIntosh, Northern Le Flore, Pittsburg and Southern Le Flore. * WHEN...Through Friday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional widespread thunderstorm development is probable overnight Wednesday night and through the daytime Thursday. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 651 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area.
