In southeast Illinois, Clay, Crawford, Effingham, Jasper, Lawrence and Richland. * WHEN...Through 1 PM Saturday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Up to an additional inch of rain with locally higher amounts in southeast IL is expected through this evening.
