Northwestern Owen County in west central Indiana... Southern Parke County in west central Indiana... Southern Putnam County in west central Indiana... Southern Vermillion County in west central Indiana... Northeastern Vigo County in west central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 130 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1057 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Greencastle, Brazil, Clinton, Rockville, Cloverdale, Fairview Park, Montezuma, Knightsville, Rosedale, Harmony, Dana, Fillmore, Carbon, Universal, Mecca, Bridgeton, Lena, Fontanet, Reelsville and Shepardsville. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
