Special Weather Statement issued June 5 at 7:43PM EDT by NWS Wilmington NC The combination of extremely dry fuels, low relative humidity, and gusty winds will lead to increased fire danger Saturday and Sunday. Relative humidity values will drop to around 25-30 percent mainly away from the coast, with southwest winds gusting around 20 mph. Please refer to your local burn permitting authorities on whether you can burn. If you do, you are advised to use extreme caution.
