In southeast Wisconsin, Jefferson, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Racine, Walworth and Waukesha. * WHEN...Through early this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rounds of showers and storms with heavy rainfall rates should linger into this morning, moving through areas that have already received heavy rainfall. Another 1 to 2 inches of rainfall may occur into this morning. Dangerous currents are expected through this period. * WHERE...Sheboygan, Ozaukee, Milwaukee, Racine and Kenosha Counties. * WHEN...Through Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming conditions are expected due to high waves and onshore winds. Stay out of the water and away from dangerous areas like piers and breakwalls. Strong structural and longshore currents are expected. Rip currents are possible.
