Special Weather Statement issued July 17 at 12:48AM CDT by NWS Bismarck ND Fog is developing across northwest North Dakota late tonight. The fog will reduce visibility to one quarter mile or less at times, especially from Crosby to Tioga and Stanley. Motorists should be prepared for rapidly changing conditions and use extra caution traveling. Use low beam headlights and be extra cautious at intersections and railroad crossings. The fog could expand and become more dense through early Friday morning.
