Special Weather Statement issued September 26 at 5:40AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA Dense fog with visibilities down to one quarter mile or less have developed along the rivers from California PA on south into West Virginia early this morning. The fog should continue for a few more hours and then burn off rapidly by 8 or 9 am this morning.
