Flood Watch issued September 13 at 12:53AM EDT until September 13 at 1:00AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA The Flood Watch will expire for portions of east central Ohio, including the following areas, Belmont, Guernsey, Jefferson OH, Monroe and Noble, Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Beaver, Fayette, Greene, Higher Elevations of Fayette, Lawrence and Mercer, and West Virginia, including the following areas, Brooke, Eastern Preston, Eastern Tucker, Hancock, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston, Western Tucker and Wetzel. The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will expire at 1 AM EDT early this morning.
