Manitowoc County in east central Wisconsin... Winnebago County in east central Wisconsin... Southern Brown County in northeastern Wisconsin... * WHEN...Until 815 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 520 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. The strong thunderstorm will be near... Northern Lake Winnebago, Central Lake Winnebago, Menasha and Appleton around 500 PM CDT. High Cliff State Park around 505 PM CDT. Chilton around 520 PM CDT. Brillion around 525 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by this strong thunderstorm include Neenah, Uw Fox Valley, Harrison, Sherwood, Stockbridge, Kloten, Dundas, St John, Brant and Forest Junction.
