Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued July 27 at 12:57PM CDT until July 27 at 1:30PM CDT by NWS Milwaukee/Sullivan WI At 1257 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Plymouth, moving southeast at 35 mph. THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR FOND DU LAC AND SHEBOYGAN COUNTIES. HAZARD...80 mph wind gusts and tennis ball size hail. SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be heavily damaged. Expect considerable damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles. Extensive tree damage and power outages are likely. Locations impacted include... Sheboygan, Fond Du Lac, Plymouth, Sheboygan Falls, North Fond Du Lac, Howards Grove, Oostburg, Kohler, Cedar Grove, Campbellsport, Random Lake, Oakfield, Elkhart Lake, Southern Lake Winnebago, Taycheedah, Ashford, Lamartine, Byron, Greenbush, and Eldorado. Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the basement or small central room in a sturdy structure. For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building.

Stay out of the water and away from dangerous areas like piers and breakwalls. Strong structural and longshore currents are expected. Rip currents are possible.
