Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Deep tropical moisture will combine with an approaching upper low and trough, resulting in areas of heavy rainfall. Rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches are possible across most valley locations in Southeast Arizona, with 2 to 4 inches possible across the Sky Islands and White Mountains.
