Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A slow moving weather system that has ingested Hurricane Polo's moisture bringing heavy rainfall to the panhandles. This has the potential to be a high end to even historic rain event for portions of the panhandles.
