Special Weather Statement issued June 20 at 3:37PM MDT by NWS Glasgow MT At 336 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 22 miles south of Edwards to 18 miles southwest of Cohagen to 10 miles southwest of Hillside. Movement was north at 35 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Jordan and Cohagen. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio stations and available television stations for additional information and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
