HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Waterspouts can quickly form and capsize boats, damage vessels, and create suddenly higher waves. Make sure all on board are in a secure location and wearing life jackets. Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Sarasota, Bradenton, Palmetto, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Lakewood Ranch, Ellenton, Sarasota Springs, South Gate Ridge, Lake Sarasota, Saint Armands Key, North Sarasota, Memphis, Sarasota Bradenton Airport, West Samoset, Southgate, Gulf Gate Estates, Myakka River State Park, The Meadows, and Ridge Wood Heights.
