Movement was southwest at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Elberton, Royston, Calhoun Falls, Bowman, Franklin Springs, Troy, Russell State Park, Middleton, Victoria Bryant State Park, and Bobby Brown State Park.
