In northern Oklahoma, Garfield, Grant, Kay and Noble. In northwest Oklahoma, Alfalfa, Ellis, Harper, Major, Woods and Woodward. * WHEN...Through Friday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rounds of thunderstorms is expected this afternoon, evening, and tonight across the watch area with very heavy rain possible. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings. THE NEW WATCH IS VALID FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN OKLAHOMA THE NEW WATCH INCLUDES 6 COUNTIES IN CENTRAL OKLAHOMA KINGFISHER LOGAN PAYNE IN NORTHWEST OKLAHOMA BLAINE DEWEY IN WESTERN OKLAHOMA ROGER MILLS THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF CHEYENNE, GEARY, GUTHRIE, HAMMON, HENNESSEY, KINGFISHER, LEEDEY, OKARCHE, OKEENE, SEILING, STILLWATER, TALOGA, VICI, AND WATONGA.
