In northwest Oklahoma, Alfalfa, Ellis, Harper, Major, Woods and Woodward. * WHEN...Through Friday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. THE NEW WATCH IS VALID FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN OKLAHOMA THE NEW WATCH INCLUDES 6 COUNTIES IN CENTRAL OKLAHOMA KINGFISHER LOGAN PAYNE IN NORTHWEST OKLAHOMA BLAINE DEWEY IN WESTERN OKLAHOMA ROGER MILLS THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF CHEYENNE, GEARY, GUTHRIE, HAMMON, HENNESSEY, KINGFISHER, LEEDEY, OKARCHE, OKEENE, SEILING, STILLWATER, TALOGA, VICI, AND WATONGA.
