Knoxville, Oak Ridge, Lenoir City, Alcoa, Kingston, Loudon, Farragut, Louisville, Bradbury, and Karns. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
