Special Weather Statement issued June 21 at 4:15AM EDT by NWS Binghamton NY Widespread valley fog has developed this morning across much of central New York and parts of northeastern Pennsylvania. Fog is most prevalent in the Susquehanna river valley and its tributaries. This area includes most of the I-88 corridor east of Binghamton. Allow extra time and reduce speed when encountering areas of fog this morning. Fog will burn off by mid-morning.
