Illinois River at Peoria affecting Woodford, Peoria and Tazewell Counties. .The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Illinois River at Henry. * WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Water begins to affect the marina in Henry along with minor flooding of land adjacent to the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 23.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage this evening to 22.9 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then rise to flood stage tomorrow morning.
