Power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The long duration of the winds coupled with heavy rain and fully leafed trees may exacerbate the risk for tree damage and power outages. People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown around or damaged by the wind.
