Enosburg Falls, Franklin, Swanton, Swanton Village, Berkshire, Highgate Falls, Richford, Highgate, Enosburg Falls Village, Sheldon, Lake Carmi State Park, Jay, St. Albans City, St. Albans Town, Enosburg, Fairfield, Swanton Junction, Sheldon Junction, East Richford, and Highgate Center. This includes Interstate 89 between mile markers 116 and 130. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
