Remarks: A robust frontal system is bringing heavy rainfall at times to the region. Up to 50mm of rainfall is expected from this system by this afternoon. The rain will ease in the early afternoon over the North Coast and late afternoon over the Central Coast. ### Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas.
