Little Sioux River at Spencer affecting Clay County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Little Sioux River at Linn Grove. * WHEN...From late Sunday night to early Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 18.5 feet, the city park in Sioux Rapids is flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 16.9 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to flood stage early Monday morning. It will then fall to 17.6 feet Monday evening. It will rise to 17.7 feet Tuesday evening.
