Several structures are flooded and some sand bagging operations are continuing. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 801 AM CDT, Emergency management reported heavy rain had occurred and flooding is already occurring. Between 2 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 4 inches are possible in the warned area over the next 24 hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread heavy rain is expected Friday evening through Friday night.
